Please find our first draft of the SAP report attached for your information. Not sure whether or not you actually need it at this stage. It is likely to be revised as it currently shows a regular boiler instead of a combi boiler. We will forward the revised SAP in due course.

We can also confirm that we received demolition permission from ERYC and the old bungalow has now been demolished.
