Following our telephone conversation yesterday.
Please find attached brief sketch of proposed works together with the steel specification relating to the removal of the rear walling.
Briefly the works comprise: removal of 2 no. single storey areas to rear, building a single storey extension across the rear of the property, removal of the rear wall and kitchen/dining room to the building, new kitchen, plastering etc.
We note that an inspector will be calling later today to look at foundations.
