Morning James hope you are staying safe and well, just a update regarding the smoke window it is been fitted as we speak and I will send pictures once it is complete, on the warranties when final certificates are issued they need to be in Larpoint name as they are the developer I already have sent e mail to James Topping reminding him of this , hope you have a merry Christmas and let’s hope tomorrow brings us a better one
