Rang contractor agreed that sw and fw to be relayed to new soakaway in thecrea r garden and a new chamber to be provided outside the building to connect on the fw drainage run

Cautioned builder to ensure by exposing the main drain running parallel to the rear elevation that foundation is down to invert if the drainage run

Says will locate main drainage run and ensure this is achieved

Agreed to return at doc level upon request
