Spoke to lady owner, the payment was made in June. From the account paddington - welsh, £720.00. Said she thought she had put 3 the close as reference but if not might have put P Welsh. Can we check Junes statement??

Called on site at request of the contractor who is not on site however access gained as open site clients female is on site works on the structure complete steelwork in position to floor level to front and ridge all as per engineers details

Insulation in progress 100mm kingspan between joists underdraw with multifoyle cross battened and ready to plaster board

Upright studs 100mm kingspan between joists ok

Structurally and thermally ok

Escape Windows to rear rooms ok but front velux to high to actvad escape window

Client explained options regards relocation of window step up to give 1100mm ornprotected route

Protected route seems to be preferred option ok as although stsircasecterminate on the ground floor in an internal lobby escape in two directions possible separated by fire doors

Client to confirm operations noted and informed her that glass flight must be removed over doors

Noted that no vents to the eaves of the existing bungalow or the spirit of the front dormer although cross battened to roof to promote ventilation

Client to raise with contractor 're dormer vents to sort It

Client confirms that they are to renew the sort It asap and will provide ventilated strip

Other than above all ok staircase in position rise going headroom all ok guarding and handrail still to fit

Agreed to return when internal status walks guilty first floor

Weather is good dry and sunny 23 degrees jab
