Electrical Certificate as requested on build complete of rear extension and side extension and Porch to frontal, image attached showing Porch completed & frontal garage extension to the existing garage from when ou last saw it, its now built and added with drainage diverted into Gully (not water butt as requested) All i am happy to report as completed, new driveway cobbled gets laid on 25th jan, the final chapter and no more mud!
Please would you make sure the porch is on the final sign off as discussed with Mrs B, thanks.
If you need anything further please do not hesitate to contact me as i have everything from start to finish detailed. This one has most certainly been a 2 year journey and a half indeed from build to completion with all the issues we had but glad to say, we got it done.
Dan from Dzign house sends his regards ive been forwarding him the final pictures of his designs he drew for me.

On a final note i wish you, and the mrs a happy retirement in july this year. A much well earned one and i hope you do not get too bored in your down time drinking Sangria all day long :-) Take care and all the best and happy retirement.
