Agreed to reinspect drainage when done also mentioned need to vent stack possible use of durgo raised

Hi James,

We’ll ask Andy to confirm where and when he sent the certificate. He is very slow and unresponsive to our chasing so any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated. We just don’t want to go to the expense of hiring another electrician to provide a certificate for the works if Andy has said he will send it.

The work on the roof will start on 17th August. The garage door should be installed early September and we should have the certificate for the gas boiler by the end of September.
