Called by to undertake co pletion inspwction.

Weather is 8 degres, dry and partially sunny.

Female property owner at home so able to view.

Work completed to high standard. Ensuite has openable window with frosted glass and secondary extractor fan. Kicthen in good order. Some minor snagging issues but relevant to building control. Electrical cert on site and photo taken. Electrical consumer board screwed in and permantley finxed so no immediate access to consumer baord which is also at high level and doesnt comply with part p for acess. Advised property onwer to question this with buikder but part p cert on site so got to accept. Property onwer happy with works despite long time building. Escape openable wi dows throughout and acccess and egress ok. Completion cert can be issued. Gao
