Hi James Bourke,

To introduce myself I am Emma's partner's father and I am writing with regard to your letter to her of 5th March ref 13157.

Emma's builder was paid before full completion of the work and has since been 'unavailable'.

I have been working with a local builder Ken Stamp to complete the work. We have now completed, what I knew to be outstanding and the main item, the house drains have been redesigned and are now working freely.

As I think that all the works are now complete, I would appreciate it if you could confirm if this is the case please.
