I can confirm that building regulations are required for the works carried out on site

You last spoke to Laura from our office on 4th December last year and outlined a problem with your shower drainage

Can you confirm that this has been resolved

Upon payment if our fees and subject to the above confirmation I will be able to issue you with a final certificate for the works

I’m following up on a payment which we had an invoice for.

It refers to internal ground floor alterations to create a ground floor WC.

When we first received the invoice, we spoke about it as there was confusion over whether regs were required for this as our builder said they weren’t necessary.

I’ve tried contacting you by telephone, so if possible, please can you call to discuss what is due?
