spoke to client hinges have been done and banister to be fitted very soon will call back when ready for completion jab

rang clients says changimg the window cathes next week and will call office when done jab

gas elec certs scanned in now called anvil barn

spoke to the client on phone works complete on site agreed will inspected when gas electrci and EPC certs available

talked through the need for the EPC to be a full b regs one not an estate agent existing dwelling one think agent had done existing EPC

Spoke to client builder has meeting with agent and structural engineer on Friday am 're excavations to support existing building

Wants to excavate frudayvafternoon and concrete on Saturday

Agreed to attend site Friday late pm but builder to confirm by phone jab

Again spoke to the client says he has spoken to rperyc planning and they are not concerned with the amount of the rebuild expressed surprise and caution at this statement

His engineer and agent meeting on site Friday

Client wants to start on the work over the weekend agreed as acceptance back ok for building regs but we need a copy of the engineers report before weather site

Sounds like next Friday is a possible site meet for us jab

Spoke to the client says rang eryc but sounds like he spoke to building control not town planning office

Suggested he rings town planning officer at eryc not building control to arrange site meeting as previously suggested by me

Client says agent now involved and meeting structural engineer on site to assess need for underpinning existing building and extent if rebipuild required

Advised caution to client and not to start any works without planning approval by eryc jab

Phone call from client requesting meeting on site to agree how much of the building can be demolished

Advised him that this is a town planning matter and he must arrange a meeting between his agent himself as contractor and town planning officer

Strongly advised him on this course if action as any other may void his planning consent
