Can I please trouble you to respond to the above. There is also one further snagging issue which I have to ask you to send someone to deal with. The door to the front (small) bedroom will no longer close. Presumable there has been some settling of the woodwork. It needs a small amount trimmed off at the bottom of the door.
We have temporarily resolved the soil venting by removing the air admittance valve which your plumbers fitted, but that clearly does not meet regulations. We need a proper venting system fitted.
Please can you contact me with your proposals to resolve these two issues, and also forward any paperwork relating to the build.
