Revised drawing as discussed with Graham.
I assume we are now planning on diverting the drain from No. 37 manhole, along adjacent No. 35 and returning under the
new two storey side extension as originally proposed.
Graham - Please confirm the attached plan is ok as previously verbally agreed.
James - Please confirm you will be completing the forms for Yorkshire Water.

You will need to send the above details directly Yorkshire Water on the email given on the response to our consultation
I know that's a bit strange but the diversion is outside the scope if regulation h4 and as such either you or the Client for legal reasons must do the adoption or diversion agreement
Normal practice of Yorkshire water is not to allow manholes under buildings on a public sewer

We have been on site on this one and there is a problem
The sewer does not run as shown on the drawings provided but does a 90 degree turn down the driveway of the dwelling
Sods law it id directly under the proposed foundation and a manhole as been buried under the drive
I think this will require a site inspection by your staff as the client may seek to divert the drain
I assume a negative response and await confirmation of your inspection on site
