Spoke to the client self build still not sorted out the drainage issue on site

Says Yorkshire water not irresponsible

Internal drainage board not responsible

Eric says is there's and they are to attend site and do necessary action

Requested that they contact office at end of the day today to provide update on progress

Warned him that we finish for the holidays at 12 tomorrow jab

Contractor rang back Yorkshire water attending site asap to identify if the pipe is there's or not and advise accordingly

Agreed to attend site Thursday am jab

Rang land line spoke to builders wife asked for him to call me back asap jab

Rang builders number to ask if drainage board had been consulted 're the drain found within the excavations left message to call me back and confirm if we are needed on site tomorrow jab

contractor rang office drilled no peat a solid clay strata of 6 meters deep

requested copy of bore hole logs

agreed 1200mm strip in this insyancw 600mm wide

buklder confirm no tree on site and non removed from site

agreed to attaend site tomorrow am jab

informed him again this is niot whwt is required a full site investigation as requested must be provided

no need to vist site today jab

spoke to contractor who is also the client on another site agreed that in this instance site investigation required to prove not on a peat layer

goind to site investigation company gave them structural soils number in castlefrd jab
