Hi James please find the calculations for 6, Wharfe View , Pool near Otley
instead of padstones we have used 250 x 75 x 10mm steel channel with a 10mm steel plate at the top and bottom on a new foundation 750mm x 750mm to bottom of existing foundation mass fill. Steels fixed to wall with 12mm threaded bar with epoxy.
top bolted and base fixed with 12mm threaded bar epoxy fixing to concrete.
Please find Photograph of second foundation , before and after with land tile removed. this was an old doorway. thanks John Waddington.
