Called on this one today met owner male
Think this could be a pilling job
Clint says ground levels made to after house built so digging down to natural ground could be difficult at this depth without the trench collapsing in
I would recommend that the existing house foundation exposed could be deep strip or raft as about the rightvage for a mining raft in this area
Establish type of foundation to dwelling and contact pilling contra tor for a price
