Please find attached steel calculations and foundation plan for Plot 1 along with notations below. I draw your attention to Note 3 pertaining to the spine wall running up the side of the stairs and supporting the ridge beam. Brian, the Engineer, has said that he is happy with it being 100mm, while being on the limit, but has asked me to consult you. If you wish to discuss with Brian, his number is 07973 798340. Please confirm as soon as you can that you are happy with it being 100mm.
