Following our recent telephone conversation re the commencement of the works on your property within the time limit of your Town Planning approval I confirm our conversation and your agreement that you would contact ERYC and confirm what they will accept as commencement of the building works
I cannot stress strongly enough that failure to commence the works or to address and conditions attached to the town planning approval will result in the need for another application to be submitted to ERYC Town Planning Department
