Sir nearing with agent and client agreed the following 're fire precautions in site
I hour to all ceikingbon ground floor and first floor as may convert attick space at a later date
Half hour frsc doors to all rooms entering into staircase with inchumescentvsrio three hinges and smoke seals
Alarm and detection system to cover all areas within the building to be x fully addressable alarm client has other care homes and is aware of the requirements
All rooms and common areas including ensuite wc to be provided with emergency lighting and directional signs
Cupboard under stairs to be protected to one hour to walks doors and under stsitprcase with smoke detector upgrade required to existing feature doors
Saving hatch to former
Kitchen to be sealedne hour
Option of automatic aov raised with client if required by fire services to be addressed with velux at first floor to external air
Otherbthanbabove concrete cast to previouslyvapproved foundation to be good thickness walling yerpt to commence
