Woodlesford - Completion - 07837572819 - They both work in the hospital. Today was his day off and tomorrow is his wifes day off. Can the completion be done by photos now that they have the certificates.

Hi Jim,
You have failed to meet us to discuss outstanding jobs and the work already completed on multiple occasions therefore we now request the keys that you have returning and the certificates of the work already completed.
We will then be able to have the extension inspected and then have the outstanding work and repairs required completing by another company.
We expect these by Tuesday the 6th October 2020, this is not an unreasonable request.
This also means you do not need to access our property in the future.

The fridge needs plumbing in.
And For the plasterer there is a hole in the kitchen ceiling and above the unit where some pipes come down. Also a bit in the living room, but will some also need doing when the new door goes in.
I finish work at 4 so can be at the house for quarter past.

Called on site whilst in the area no access internally or to rear

Drainage issues can be seen as raised previously by the client looks as if working but no evidence if any bedding material and very shallows under what will be a footpath to the rear along the gable

Left calling card and will request access internally and attempt to resolve any issues within our remit
