Dear Cllr Bolt,
Called out at the property, there is an application in for the works that are being supervised for building regulations by a private building control provider from Selby. Had a look round it can not see any signs of distress in the masonry and all the openings appeared to have adequate supports over. The windows and door openings had been boarded from the inside and the property appeared secure. There were a few stones and brick on the back of the foot way so I’ll copy highways in so they can action.
I don’t propose to take any further action as I can not see anything that would constitute a danger under the Building Act., more than happy to discuss further if you wish.
