I have checked with my Senior Engineer and he has confirmed that building
no further out than the existing house line is fine under H4 as long as the
foundations are deep enough so that the sewers are not subject to any load.
Please forward an updated plan showing this.

YW comments/attachments are usually forwarded to be by Building Control. Perhaps an application is not required and YW should be contacted when work commences?
