I can confirm that following our discussion and further deliberations with my family, no further work will be undertaken on this scheme under the current planning application.
I confirm that you can now submit the Final Certificate for the scheme.

I thank you for your help and advice both personal and professional with what turned out to be a very difficult time for me. I am please to say that the issues are now resolved.
It was interesting to find that our paths may have crossed in the past, both in Leeds at Headrow Buildings and at Garforth Area Office. It was nice look back and remember some of the events that took place and the characters that were around at what some may considered a better time.
