I've just paid the outstanding balance with reference to invoice number 4105.

Our loft is getting done by AKB Lofts in Leeds. I did speak to Andy yesterday as it's still not been completed and we were worried that we would pay for your services but we were also aware that Mr Bourke is retiring in June and we just wanted to check if our conversion would be completed by then.

We are only awaiting the fitting of the bathroom and secondary fixes at this point, but Andy assures me that all the structural work is completed and he has the electrical safety certificate and all the required fire doors have now been fitted throughout the house.

He was under the impression that Mr Bourke could attend at any point now to inspect the work.
