Called on site at request of the owner who is on site works plastering complete to new floor staircase in position ok
Contra tor confirms he gas photos of the works and that all insulation and steelwork in position as per all jobs
Contra tor know to me a produces first class work
Evidence if kingspan to flat roof areas and to other areas on site all looks to normal standard
Staircase in position handrail still to fix but ok for rise going and headroom
Talked through need to provide fd30s doors throught the property with the client
Add provision only in staircase and hollow core doors throught and glazed doors to ground floor
Works to usual high standard of this contra tor
