Please find attached a copy of our cancellation notice re the above works
On our inspection of the works at notification of a start it was established that the works were complete on site without our knowledge
Also the dwelling was to be used as HMO not a single family dwelling house as we were informed
Inspection of the works raised serious issues relating to means of escape in case of fire as the property is open plan on the ground floor three stoey and a flat has also been formed within the basement area all terminating within the open plan kitchen/lounge of the back to back property
If you have no already done so you are advised to contact Leeds City Council Building Control in relation to this matter as soon as possible and prior to any occupation of the property
