I'm just following up on the issue of the building regs certificate for the 2009 rear extension at 23 Green Lane, North Duffield.
We have received the certificate for the 2002 extension from North Yorkshire Building Control and the last piece of documentation we require is now from yourself.
I understand the sellers solicitors have paid the £40 fee for the certificate and was wondering when you would be able to issue it to them so we can set a date for imminent completion on the house purchase.
