Please find attached copies of some of the stuff we have on file in relation to the foundation for Plot 1, Vandon Lodge/ Former Piggeries, Hook.

Attached are copies of:

1) Invoice for the laying of the concrete foundation – by Martin Oldridge

2) Invoice for the steel reinforcement of the raft foundation to approved spec – By Youngman Building Contractors

4) Invoice for bore holes

5) invoice for bore hole analysis and foundation spec.

6) Outline plan of the foundation, hi-lighting the area done.

7) A picture of the completed foundation.

8) Jab ai quote – payment of the invoice was made 7th March 2010.


As discussed - ideally we need a copy of the sign off/approval paper work on the part foundation etc.

We also have on file the structural calculations, specifications and detailed plans for the dwelling.
