It has been another winter that Mrs Flintoft has had to endure in a freezing cold and draughty loft conversion.

We have obtained the attached quote for a plastering contractor to strip out the existing and replace with correct insulation, plasterboard and reskim.

Including the attached the estimated cost of the works are £8,154 as follows:

Dear Sir

As per our previous email in the chain below dated 28 October 2020 your insurers will not deal with this matter or ourselves until such time you the insured formally notify them of the claim.

Please therefore confirm that you have notified them.

If you do not wish to pursue through your insurers, Mrs Flintoft is left with no option but to make a claim through the court process.

Please provide such details.
