We have obtained the attached quote for a plastering contractor to strip out the existing and replace with correct insulation, plasterboard and reskim.

It is clearly evident that the work signed off by you as approved inspector was not compliant with building regulations and as such please confirm how you wish to deal with the reimbursement of the above.
