As discussed , the buyers solicitor is a pedantic s##t ..
they would like to see that the wood burner installation is included under James guidance and issue of the final certificate .
If he could confirm this was included under the “ internal alterations & new roof structure” then hopefully that will suffice !!!
If he wants to explain to them that his power is all knowing and they shouldn’t question him that’s fine by me !!!
