Spoke to owner, he said he can't seem to find his certificate and his house sale is hoping to complete on Friday. Explained that we'd not actually been notified so hadn't been signed off. Lovely man very apologetic too us, booked in for tomorrow and hopefully completion cert will follow in the few days following.
