ceiling sagging badly cracked found sloping roof pit over flat roof roof second layer chipboard put over first layer of plasterboard not removed so 2 layers of chip board 2 layers of plasterboard & a flat roof & timbers were insufficient that was supporting flat roof & only 1 very insubstantial purlin
