client rang says she is to fill basement in ratehr than keep surgetsed that as approx 1800mm deep that bhardcore brough up in two layers sandwiched between concrete 100mm thick at mid point them more hardcore so as to preventy excessive settelemt in this area as all floor to be solid floor
