It has come to our attention that the works stated above have now been completed and one of our building inspectors have successfully signed off the work and deemed it acceptable to issue the Final Certificate. However, this cannot be issued until payment is made. The Final Certificate is an important part of the building control process and if not received may lead to problems with any future sale of your property.
