So, was it a planned decision or a simple oversight, to fit only one rather than the 2 vent tiles. required, that prompted you to remove vs. retain and extend the existing vent pipe ?

spoke to brendan potten the building contractor for the works dsays that the client is experiancing a smell in the bathroom so advded him to fit antivac trap or soil stack reinstarted

Brendan say his plumber is going to put the work right on site
