Hi Laura,

Following your visit to us (28th April), where you wanted us to check the new Purlin arrangement (over the loft stairs) with our Structural Engineer... He was kind enough to visit a couple of weeks ago. (Very sorry for the delay in forwarding this on to you - been a hectic few weeks). He reviewed the overall progress thus far, the Purlin metalwork and intended changes etc, and is happy for us to progress as planned.

I've included his written follow-up response below (and his photo for direct reference). Hopefully this should suffice, but any concerns or questions please let me know ASAP. We'll hold-off reducing the Purlin until the weekend (just in case any other info or checks are required).
