My visit is at the request of the - Client for the final inspection - The project is complete now and it appears to be in use -
I checked the linked smoke detectors - which work fine - which are to all the rooms
I checked the extractor fans to the bathroom, - which work fine –
The windows and the door which are fully glazed and are toughened the markings can be seen –
I discussed with the client if there was anything that they were unsure about or not happy about in relation to work which had been undertaken so that I could offer some advice about that element – the client appears happy with the work -
The outstanding items for this project are as follows -

Client to email evidence to the office
