Thank you for your letter dated 5th February 2020. I think the dwelling you are referring to as “erection of new attached dwelling house to side of @ Aldby Park, Buttercrambe, York, YO41 1XU” is 4 Church Walk and it would be better if you used that address. The postcode is the same.
This project has unfortunately been overtaken by other more pressing ones and so it is still some way from completion and we would not expect to get there before June 2020. The exterior is finished off and the doors and windows are installed but all the internal works are still to do.
