Good morning James
I am writing to you with regard to our new build bungalow at Bishopthorpe.
Our latest builder, due to start 10 July, cancelled at the last minute. We have therefore decided to abandon the plan we set out with in January, so could you please formally withdraw, as from today, the Notice of 12 January to YCC.
When you notified YCC in January of our intention to build, work was expected to start in March, but as you are aware we have had a succession of last minute cancellations from builders, before any work has started.
I would like to thank you for your patience in this matter, regrettably your services will not now be required, this experience with the builders has been a great disappointment to us.
