Good morning James,

I just wanted to let you know that I haven't forgotten about the Part P form for the work at our house (10 Rythergate, Cawood).

I have chased the electrician that did the work several times to get a copy of the form but he still hasn't sent it through. I have chased again this morning and asked him to send it through as soon as possible in order to get the work signed off.
