I have emailed you numerous times for clarity in relation to my outbuilding. In the absence of any response we went ahead and carried out the work ourselves. I have just received an invoice (Number 1135) which must have been sent in error, considering I have had no contact with you, nor have you carried out any work on my behalf under my instruction. Could you please rectify your records accordingly in order to prevent any further needless bills being sent to my home.
Due to the poor response we have experienced with your company we will be using a local authority building and planning team for any future inspections and your services are not required.

Please find the email below which I sent last year. We went ahead with the work ourselves and we have used all of the materials listed and more. I have taken photographs of the steps we have taken in the process with materials, tanking etc.
I have attached the plans and notes sent from the architect, John Blackburn. As I said we have adhered to the specifications and added more safeguards than those listed to be certain. I will speak to my electrician and see what can be done regarding the certificate.
Could you please confirm receipt of this email so I know you received it?
