Please see attached the drawings associated with this project.
We have had the plans approved by North Lincolnshire Council LABC (as I am partnered with them) and also had the SAP calcs done with the insulation thicknesses and air source heat pump with boiler back up, which passed.
Now the client is saying that he cannot afford the air source heat pump now and will maybe install one in the future. I have explained to the client that the initial SAP calcs were done with one included and that by omitting it we may need to do something else to compensate.
Please can you call me once you've had a chance to look things over, to discuss options.
