Please find attached scan of the Electrical Completion Certificate for the steel portal frame shed you have kindly inspected over the past weeks.
Please let me know if you require the actual certificate as the scan has not picked up the Certificate reference of 'WGF-SHED'.
For your information the electrical installation to the shed incorporates an internal mounted emergency lighting unit above the entrance/exit doorway which does provide light in the event of a power failure.
I trust this certificate, together with drawings submitted from CK Architecture and your site inspections will now enable you to provide formal Building Regulations Approval for this building.
